Cancellation Policy

I understand an emergency can happen and may derail plans. In the event that you cannot keep your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. 

A 36 hour notice is required to cancel without fees being applied. If you do not cancel within the allotted time frame, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees goes as follows and must be paid before you can be reschedule:

60 minute: $80

90 minute: $100

After a last minute cancellation or failure to cancel within the 36 hour window, you will be required to prepay for massage treatments. 

If you prepay and do not cancel within 36 hours, your ENTIRE massage cost will be surrendered to Massages by Ashley. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!
